How it works
1. Get in touch
Send us a message or complete our enquiry form on the ‘lets talk’ button on the top right of this screen. Tell us a little about the student, their goals, and what support you’re looking for - the more info, the better!
2. We match you with the perfect tutor
Based on your needs, we hand-select an expert tutor from our team — someone who fits the student’s personality, subject requirements, and learning style.
3. We set you up on TutorCruncher
You’ll receive a simple onboarding link. TutorCruncher is where you’ll find session notes, lesson reports, invoices, and everything you need in one organised place (including having the session itself!)
4. Payment
We set up hassle-free split payments so everything is smooth, predictable, and transparent — no admin stress for you. Pay after each lesson using Split Payments on TutorCruncher.
5. Connect directly with your tutor
Once matched, you’ll communicate directly with your tutor to arrange session times, share materials, ask questions, and receive homework or resources.
6. Start learning — and watch the progress build
Your tutor gets started, tailoring each session to the student and providing consistent updates through TutorCruncher Reports. All you need to do is watch confidence grow and results improve.

WeAre Education are dedicated to increasing equity in education - that is why we are running free GCSE revision crash courses in the run up to exams.
