I'm Fleur, and I founded WeAre Education in 2022 after completing two degrees in educational inequality and public policy. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a private English tutor—and during that time, I saw how confidence can make or break a student’s progress. Too often, brilliant young minds are held back not by ability, but by unequal access to the kind of education that brings out their best.
